Beautiful Human, you are more special than you know. Be encouraged in the knowledge that you are unique and a master piece.
There is no one on planet Earth quite like you.
Remember that whether you believe you can, or cannot do something, you are right.
Choose to see yourself daily as the amazing, outstanding, individual that has lots of positive qualities to offer.
You are precious both inside and out. Everything that you put your amazing mind and energy to, you can achieve.
Be mindful and use your brain constructively, not destructively.
Choose to nourish your body with healthy, wholesome foods, hydrate it with quality fluids and get 7/8 hours sleep.
In doing this you will have clarity in your thinking and emotional stability.
See yourself as a high powered machine or high performance race horse. Pay it forward by taking the best possible care of you.
You, after all are the most important person in your world. Self care is really smart, not selfish.
Learn to listen to your instincts, walk in your Truth and seek out all that brings enrichment and develops passion within.
Intentionally focus on all that is good and great in your life and zoom out of anything that may cause unnecessary stress or heart ache.
Be mindful of influences that are not helpful and filter them by using logic and your amazing emotions as a guide.
Conduct yourself with kindness, respect, integrity, honesty and love. Look out for the one that may appear lost, lonely or sad and go out of your way to put a smile on their face. As one day this may be what you need. What goes around comes around.
Your thoughts and feelings are a helpful indicator of action that needs to be taken to get the best possible results for you.
If you feel stressed ask yourself Why? You have the ultimate say on how you feel
and think so make every effort to guard you mind and emotions. Be secure in the
knowledge that no one can make you think or feel anything other than you allow.
Dare to live beyond your wildest dream, work hard, play harder. Love outrageously
and choose to be a legacy leaver.
My lasting piece of advise is to take 10 minutes at the end of every day to reflect
on what you have learned, who you have helped and what you are grateful for.
I believe in you, so you should too.
