Online Live Personal Training

You will workout with a group that you will not be able to see. You will only see me, Jennie-Marie, using Face Time technology for a planned exercise routine that will help you reach your goals.

What to Expect

During each 20 Minute Session you will partake in various exercises that will target all areas of your body such as:

  • Chest
  • Legs
  • Arms
  • Abdominals
  • Shoulders
  • Back

Strength training with cardiovascular training will help you achieve a great fitness level and burn fat.

What Fitness Levels Do You Need?

From someone who has never exercised to the regular runner, whatever level of fitness, you will receive the program that is suited to you.

What Do You Need?

We use minimal equipment! 

To get started all you need is a some comfortable clothing, a towel to mop your brow, a drink of water and be in a place that has a good wifi signal and air circulation.
