All personal training I provide, whether it is online or in person is at your own risk and I am not responsible for any injuries that you may incur during exercise with me.

Life Coaching

I am only a guide. It is your responsibility to make choices about your life. I will not tell you to do anything. I only guide and ask questions where you will give the answers.
