The sessions are led by level 3 qualified personal trainer - Jennie-Marie Glover. 

  • You can choose to have access to 1 or 2 sessions per week - Monday and Wednesday 6.30pm.
  • Each session is a total of 1 hour. 
  • Age range = 18+
  • Ability level = All abilities.
  • You will receive a .pdf of my Workbook providing helpful information and sections to record your progress.
  • My Nutrition book in .pdf is emailed to you too on sign up.
