Hi, I'm Jennie-Marie.
And like many women, there came a point in my life when I no longer recognised myself.
I was exhausted, overwhelmed, emotional, gaining weight, struggling with confidence, and wondering why the things that had worked for me in the past no longer seemed to make a difference.
What I didn't realise at the time was that I was entering perimenopause.
Like so many women, I felt confused and unsupported. I was trying to juggle family life, work, relationships, and the daily pressures of life while my body and mind seemed to be changing without my permission.
That experience changed everything.
Instead of accepting that feeling tired, anxious, stressed, overweight, and disconnected was simply part of getting older, I became determined to understand what was happening and find a better way forward.
Today, I help women over 40 regain control of their health, confidence, and wellbeing through a combination of mindset coaching, nutrition guidance, exercise, and practical lifestyle strategies.
My Approach
I don't believe in quick fixes, restrictive diets, or punishing exercise programmes.
Real change happens when we look at the whole person.

Qualifications & Experience
I am a qualified Personal Trainer, Menopause Practitioner, Life Coach, and Nutrition Adviser with a passion for helping women navigate midlife with confidence.
My professional qualifications give me the knowledge to guide women safely and effectively, but my personal experience of navigating menopause gives me something equally important — genuine understanding.
I know what it feels like to lose confidence.
I know what it feels like to struggle with motivation.
And I know that positive change is possible at any age.
